Molecular Proximity-Based Therapeutics

WHO WE ARE

We are a research team originating from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. Our work focuses on molecular biochemistry, with a particular emphasis on proximity-based therapeutics. MoProx is developed under the scientific guidance of Prof. Dr. Felix Hausch at the Technical University of Darmstadt, supported by a team of late-stage PhD researchers and postdoctoral scientists.

OUR VISION

We employ a robust drug discovery platform to identify hit candidates for novel immunophilin-based molecular glues using focused library screening and rational design approaches.

By applying rigid, structure-guided medicinal chemistry, we aim to target previously “undruggable” regions of the proteome and develop innovative therapeutic strategies.
